Shipping & Authenticity

How is the art shipped?

All artworks — including photography, drawings, works on paper, and fine art prints — are carefully prepared and professionally packed to museum standards for international transit.

Framed works are shipped in custom-built wooden or reinforced archival-grade crates, ensuring maximum protection throughout the journey.

Each shipment is fully registered and accompanied by a tracking number, provided immediately upon dispatch.

Customs and Taxes
All works are shipped from Belgrade, Serbia.

For collectors within the European Union, any import duties or VAT that may arise will be fully reimbursed upon presentation of the receipt, ensuring a seamless acquisition experience.

For collectors outside the EU, local import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the collector.

All shipments include complete export and customs documentation. Original artworks and limited editions are declared as fine art, which may contribute to reduced import charges where applicable.

Insurance
Each shipment is comprehensively insured. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, a full replacement or refund will be arranged without additional cost.

Certificate of Authenticity
Selected works are issued as strictly limited editions and are accompanied by a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. This document affirms the work’s provenance and its status within a defined edition.

Payment Options
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required — collectors may complete their purchase using any major credit or debit card.
