Terms & Conditions

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  
• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  
• Transactions are processed securely via PayPal. Credit and debit cards are accepted via PayPal guest checkout.
  

• All prints and original artworks are carefully prepared and shipped worldwide from Belgrade, Serbia.
  
• Shipping is included in the listed price of each artwork.
  
• Each shipment is tracked, insured, and professionally packaged to ensure safe arrival. Framed works are shipped in protective crates or heavy-duty packaging.

• Europe: 7–15 business days
  
• USA & Canada: 10–21 business days
  
• Rest of the world: 14–28 business days
  

• International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT in their country.
  
• For collectors within the European Union, any import duties or VAT that may arise can be reimbursed upon presentation of a valid receipt.
• Reimbursement applies exclusively to documented import charges and does not include carrier handling or administrative fees.
  
• All necessary export and customs documentation from Serbia is included to ensure smooth transit.
  
• Original artworks and limited editions are declared as art for export, which may reduce customs fees, but local regulations apply.

• All framed artworks are professionally packed to provide maximum protection during transit.
  
• Due to the fragile nature of framed works (including glass), minor handling marks or delays caused by customs procedures or shipping carriers may occasionally occur and are beyond the artist’s control.
  
  

• All sales are final.
  
• Returns or refunds are accepted only if the artwork is damaged during shipping. In such cases, buyers must contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
• Custom, framed, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  
  

• All artworks remain the intellectual property of Vukašin Delević.
  
• The purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. No image may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
