1. General
All artworks and prints available on this website are original works by Vukašin Delević, unless otherwise stated. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. Shipping
Prints and artworks are shipped worldwide from Belgrade, Serbia.

Prints are shipped via a tracked postal service.

Framed artworks are shipped tracked and insured, with special care due to their fragility.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
For framed artworks, shipping costs may vary depending on size and destination. Buyers may be contacted after purchase if additional shipping costs apply.
4. Framed Artworks & Packaging
All framed artworks are carefully packed to ensure maximum protection during transport.
Due to the nature of framed works (including glass), minor handling marks or delays caused by customs or carriers cannot always be avoided.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases where the artwork is damaged during shipping.
In such cases, buyers must contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation of the damage and packaging.
Custom, framed, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
6. Copyright
All artworks remain the intellectual property of Vukašin Delević.
Purchase of an artwork or print does not grant reproduction rights.
